露天矿山无人驾驶卡车安全管控研究

Research on safety control of unmanned trucks in open-pit mines

摘要: 为解决现阶段我国露天矿山生产过程中存在的人员安全意识薄弱、司机队伍老龄化、违规作业等典型人员管理问题,基于当前5G+和国内外智能矿山发展研究现状,通过查阅相关文献,从安全角度深入分析智能矿山建设关键环节——无人驾驶卡车安全管控问题;在初始混编运行阶段提出场地规划、重点环节管控、维修改造、道路行驶、联合作业存在的问题及管控措施;提出相关科技保安技术和5G网络基站建设建议。结果表明:通过完善安全管理、技术管控、安全防护,可全面提高露天矿山混编运行阶段安全性,保障无人驾驶技术顺利安全推进,有助于从本质上解决露天矿山领域因人为因素带来的各项老特难问题。

Abstract: In order to solve the typical personnel management problems existing in production process of open-pit mines in China at the present stage, such as weak personnel safety awareness, aging driver team and illegal operation, based on current research status of 5g + and intelligent mining at home and abroad, the key link of intelligent mine construction - safety control of unmanned trucks was thoroughly analyzed from the perspective of safety by consulting relevant literature. Then, problems and control measures in site planning, key link management and control, maintenance and transformation, road driving and joint operation in the initial mixed operation stagewere proposed, and some suggestions on relevant science and security technology and 5G network base station constructionwere also put forward. The results show that by improving safety management, technical control and safety protection, the safety of open-pit mines can be comprehensively improvedin the mixed operation stage, and smooth and safe advancement of unmanned technology can be safely advanced, which are helpful to essentially solve old and difficult problems caused by human factors in the field of open-pit mines.
